This is a Americn Health and Safety Institue CPR, AED class. The instructors are ASHI certified and teach to ASHI standards. The instructors are also Firefigher/EMTS so the classes are very informative.  Once completed the completion card is good for 2 years.

OSHA 10 is a training program provided by Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA), United States Department of Labor. It provides 10 hours of training to the workers and employees touching on appreciation, prevention, avoidance and reduction of safety and health hazards in the workplace. It also enriches the workers knowledge on their rights, employer responsibilities and procedures for complaints and suggestions.

The OSHA 10 hour training program is intended for the training of entry level workers. The program helps to ensure that the workers are more knowledgeable about workplace hazards, their rights and contribution to the total national productivity.

Construction industry - topics include fall protection, personal protective equipment (PPE), scaffolding, OSHA inspection procedures, flammable and combustible liquids, machine guarding, lockout tag out procedures, important OSHA standards for compliance etc

Safe Sitter is not just a class . It's a cause. The only national training program devoted to preparing young pre teens and teens to be safe in unsupervised settings, whether home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. We provide medically-accurate developmentally-appropriate and regularly updated curriculum. Safe Sitter 1 day with CPR is a 6.5hr curriculum that includes CPR. The business sections are condensed to include infant and child CPR. It also includes Child care essentials, safety for the sitter, injury management (first aid), preventing problem behavior and care of the Choking infant and Child. The child must be at least 11 years old to attend this course.
